  • Managed a team of 5 members outsourced to Microsoft Canada by Navantis, and delivered number of initiatives and projects of MSN.ca and MS Canada on time, within budget, and with high level of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Managed more than 15 internal team members and led them to deliver 2 enterprise projects.

Key Projects:

  • Microsoft Canada: Responsible for delivering all Microsoft Canada development account through outsourced development team.
  • NBC Universal: 24/7 help desk and support for NBCU web-casting & life streaming videos. I received appreciation letter from Navantis CEO for my outstanding results in this project.
  • Athena Impact Estimator: ATHENA Impact Estimator for Buildings is the only software tool in North America that evaluates whole buildings and assemblies based on internationally recognized life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology.
